The Burrows family invite you to make a donation to theAlzheimer’s Society to remember the life of a once world class MechanicalEngineer who sadly passed away with Alzheimer’s and Covid 19 on 20th April 2020. Prof. Burrows was previously the Dean of Engineering at BathUniversity where he gained the respect and friendship of many fellow engineersand academics from both the UK and around the world. The family would bedelighted to know that the money donated in his memory will be put to the goodwork the Alzheimer’s Society supports in finding a cure for this horribledisease and also the comfort and care they provide to the families of peopleaffected by the illness. Clifford was sadly pre-deceased by his loving wifeMargaret, with whom he can be seen in the picture at Buckingham Palacereceiving an OBE in recognition of his lifetime achievements in Engineering andEducation.
